The Board of Zoning Appeals is composed of five members appointed by the Circuit Court of Rockingham County and functions as a quasi-judicial body. Their duties include conducting hearings and making decisions on appeals and variances concerning the zoning ordinance of the Town. This is a five-year appointment.
