Aaron Will joined the Bridgewater Police Department in 2013 and worked as a patrol officer until being promoted to Sergeant in 2021. Aaron began his law enforcement career in 2004 with the Harrisonburg Police Department after graduating from the Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Training Academy. In addition to Sergeant’s duties, he is a general criminal justice instructor and the department's lead firearms instructor.
Aaron has lived in the Bridgewater area the majority of his life. He graduated from Turner Ashby High School in 2001, and later attended Blue Ridge Community College in the criminal justice program.
