Welcome Sign Procurement

     The Town of Bridgewater, Virginia is accepting proposals for qualified vendors for a new welcome sign near its northern boundary on Main Street, between Turner Ashby High School and John Wayland Elementary school.
     Although we invite vendors to refine our design, our current specifications call for a metal sign, approximately 14.0’ x 4.7’, with some raised lettering and design features, LED lighting behind the raised letters, and additional LED lighting washing the entire sign.  Vendors are to provide a mechanism for mounting the sign, but the Town expects to install the sign itself.
     All proposals must be received by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2022 at 2:00 P.M.  Proposals may be submitted in-person at the Bridgewater Community Center at 201 Green Street or by mail to Post Office Box 72, Bridgewater, Virginia  22812, or most preferably, by e-mail to procurement@bridgewater.town.
     Questions concerning this procurement will be received until WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2022 at 4:30 P.M.  Answers, along with any addenda, will be posted to www.bridgewater.town/procurement.
