The Town of Bridgewater has been approved by the Department of State as a passport acceptance facility. We are accepting applications for passports at the Bridgewater Community Center (201 Green Street).
Please note that passport applications will be accepted during the week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We cannot schedule passport appointments or process passport applications after 3:30 p.m.
Appointments are not required, but it is recommended that you call ahead to help us provide the fastest service possible for all applicants. To make an appointment, please call B-Connected at (540) 908-4212.
Passport application fees are listed on the Department of State's website. The application fee for a passport is payable by check or money order (no cash) to the "U.S. Department of State". A $25 execution fee is also required and is payable to the "Town of Bridgewater". Applicants must provide proof of citizenship and identification - click here for a list of acceptable identification sources.
To fill out an application online for printing, please visit the Department of State's website. While we do not process passport renewals, you may pickup a DS-82 Passport Renewal Form at our office.
We are also offering passport photographs for passport applicants and renewals. Photos are free for Town residents who present a B-Rec pass. Non-Town residents may purchase a photograph for $15.
Our passport acceptance agents will be glad to answer your questions about the passport application process. Additional information about passports, application fees, and international travel may be found here or at the State Department’s website at travel.state.gov.
